Rebecca joined Central Counties Tourism in January 2026 as Industry Relations Manager for Headwaters, where she works closely with local businesses to support tourism growth and strengthen visitor experiences across the region. Having previously engaged with CCT as a stakeholder and Board member, she brings valuable firsthand insight and is passionate about helping entrepreneurs access the tools and support they need to succeed.

Born and raised on a dairy farm, Rebecca has a deep-rooted connection to the land and community. She spent 12 years as the owner and operator of an agri-tourism destination, welcoming visitors from across Ontario through on-farm experiences, workshops, and events. With a background in culinary tourism and hospitality, her work has always been centred on connecting people to food, place, and local experiences.

A lifelong Headwaters resident, Rebecca loves exploring the region’s many hidden gems, from local restaurants in Orangeville to family outings at Island Lake Conservation Area. In her free time, she enjoys crocheting and embroidery – creative outlets that balance her hands-on, community-focused work. For Rebecca, tourism is more than a career, it’s a natural extension of her passion for sharing the place she calls home.
