Amanda joined Central Counties Tourism as Industry Relations Manager for York Region, bringing a diverse background in law clerking and marketing across multiple industries, along with a passion for people, creativity, and connection. She is also the owner of Mono Pines Glamping in the Headwaters Region, giving her a unique perspective on the tourism industry from both sides.

Having experienced CCT from the perspective of a stakeholder, Amanda knows firsthand how valuable the right connection, partnership, or opportunity can be. She is excited to bring that experience to her work in York Region—getting to know the people behind the businesses, supporting their ideas, and helping create connections that make a difference.

Outside of work, Amanda is a proud wife and mother who has a love for the arts, creativity, and working with children and adults with special needs.  For Amanda, some of the best parts of life—and tourism—are found in creativity, connection, and the people and places that make a community feel special.
