Regional Hotel Data Reports

Central Counties Tourism collects aggregated hotel performance data from CoStar (formerly STR) for available properties across the region. Monthly and weekly occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR) metrics can be reviewed below.

Data is updated quarterly and is provided to support industry benchmarking, market analysis, and tourism planning.

Historical hotel data from 2017–2022 remains available on the Historical Hotel Data Reports page for those seeking longer-term trend analysis.

Please note that hotel performance data is currently reported for York Region, Durham Region, and the entire Central Counties Tourism region. Headwaters-specific data is not published separately due to limitations in the available dataset, but it is included in the aggregrated Central Counties Tourism dataset.
