Administered by the Canada Council for the Arts, this funding supports projects that strengthen and develop the arts sector through innovation, collaboration, professional development, research, resource development, and organizational capacity building.

Funding of up to $100,000 per application (maximum $100,000 per year) is primarily intended for artists, arts professionals, cultural organizations, and arts-sector initiatives. Eligible projects may include sector-building initiatives, digital development, knowledge sharing, mentoring, networking, and initiatives that improve sustainability and accessibility within the sector.
